Welcome to Arvada West Counseling!

Student schedules for the Fall 2022 semester are now available in Infinite Campus!

Please note: Requests for a schedule change MAY ONLY be submitted by Google Form starting Friday 8/19 at 3pm. Watch for the link here!

Because extra space in individual classes is not usually available, schedule adjustments are very limited.  Changes will be made for the following reasons ONLY:

  • The school made a mistake and placed the student in the wrong class.
  • The student has already received credit in the course.
  • The student has not completed the prerequisite for the course.
  • A student needs a specific class to graduate or to accommodate Warren Tech.

Changes will NOT be made for: specific teacher requests, specific period off requests, transportation, or work issues.  A student’s day is 8:00 to 3:00 pm and a student’s classes will fall within this time period.
